Meet Ritu
About me
I am Ritu Barkotoky, an ICF certified leadership, career coach and consultant and founder of Thrive Impact LLC. My passion for helping people grow and achieve their full potential started early in my life. As a child, I loved tutoring and exploring my inner world through painting and music. Later, I pursued a career in biological sciences, which allowed me to develop my natural curiosity and look beyond the surface. However, after a few years, I found my calling to work closely with people through Human Resource and Development. I've been fortunate to meet many people in my journey who have helped me learn, grow, and stay humble.
I am a mom, wife and a Talent and HR leader in the automotive industry. In my free time, I enjoy being with my family, traveling, cooking and making memories together. I believe in power of wellness, mindfulness, and nature to bring clarity, and balance. These principles guide me to help my clients build careers and lives that align with their values.
